I'm trying to decide on a turkey breed for this spring I'm leaning towards raising Holland Whites but I'm not convinced. I'd like to see photos of dressed or cooked birds by breed and any comments you had on taste in particular but free range qualities, feed consumption rates, and personality would be great too.
