how do i stop turkeys from picking others behinds,baby turkeys

Put a thick dab of Vaseline on the behinds of the ones that have been picked on. If they are raw/bloody I'd put a dab of BlueKote or some such on them first to change the color. Once dry then put on the Vaseline.

Also, A red or blue light for their heat source helps. No white light in the brooder.
