Turkey poult butt emergency!

So we are pretty new to this turkey thing. We have 30 2 week old bbw poults. I lost one on day 3, otherwise they were all doing well. Last evening, I was doing chores and saw one turkey kind of slow to react and wings down. I picked her up and flipped her over and her butt was super swollen and her belly was full of watery poop. Oh no!

I brought her into the house and ran warm water over her bum to get a better look. I am not kidding her butt hole was twice as large as it should have been! Her whole lower abdomen was hard and super swollen. Being a surgical nurse, I went to work loosening up the impaction with warm water and a tweezers. After 20 min, I was able to pull a really hard piece of poop the size of an oblong quarter! She didn't fuss at all, I am sure relieving all that pressure might have felt good! Little to no blood loss either...I was pretty proud of myself.

Anyways, so I put her downstairs in her own box with food and water with Acv. She is still alive this morning, but seems to have no balance. She s tired, which I get, but I am dipping her beak in the water and she really wants nothing to do with it. Her butt looks good, almost back to its original size.

Is there anything else I can do for her? I don't want to lose her!

Electrolytes in water may help her recover and keep her from getting stopped up again.

Electrolytes sounds good. It sounds like you may have fixed most of the problem already. Keep us updated.
