Turkey poult with limp feet

I had a turkey poult take a long time to hatch and had to help him along. He came out OK without any complications but his feet seem not to be working properly. He tries to move around but his toes are limp and can't straighten normally. I have had a few chicks have a similar problem and they straightened on their own, but this little guy's are pretty bad. Anyone ever have an experience like this?

I don't have first-hand experience with this but maybe you could fashion a band-aid boot like others do for curled toes?
