Turkey Poult

I have a question about a month old turkey poult. At the butt area is a medium size tumor or cyst thing that is red in color and leaking clear stuff as it walks around. I am trying to find out if anyone knows what it could be or what could cause it? I also have two other turkey poults in same pen. Please help if you know what it could be.
