Turkey poults getting raw swollen bumps all over their faces & necks

I have 8 turkey poults ranging in age from 7 weeks to 3 1/2 months. I hatched these birds here & they have never been in contact with other turkeys. We had a heavy rain about 3 weeks ago & a week later these lesions began showing up on the birds. Have been told this is due to mosquitoes and am doing what I can to repell/kill the mosquitoes, but I don’t have any idea what to do for the lesions on these babies, the 3 younger ones seem most affected. I have been using hot compresses on the worst areas & applying antibiotic ointment to them, flushing any that appear to be abscessing. I have to hand feed & water the most affected one as both her eyes are swollen shut & she can’t see the food. None of my other birds (chickens, ducks, quail, parrots) seem to be having any issues

I don’t think so & hope not. They have never been exposed to any other turkeys & I've not seen anything like this on my other birds (chickens, ducks, quail). Although all of them have at least a couple bumps only the 3 youngest ones are having any real issues because of it
