Turkey/Rooster fighting

Do you all separate your birds, or let them fight it out? My Turkey hen is ok with the chook hens, but she and the roosters HATE each other! I have them penned separately and they fight through the fence. If I let them free range together it's non stop chasing and fighting. I've taken to letting turkeys out with the girls one day, and roosters out with the girls the next. How do you handle this?

I would keep them penned separately. Put something against the fence so they can't see each other.
