Turkey with snapped wing, please help!

I have a baby turkey who broke her wing today, and I originally thought it was dislocated. Howeverz upon closer inspection I was able to see and feel both sides of the broken bone, which was completely in half right at the shoulder. I have it wrapped, but what else can I do for her? Vet said surgery but that can cost $500 +.

What on earth do I do!!!??

It is a fracture of her upper humerus bone, please if anyone can tell me how to splint or if I just need to surrender her to a rescue

Attached is a splinting manual, it shows songbirds, but the anatomy is the same. Wings start on page 11, splinting on page 12.

I have it wrapped to her body but the vet said without surgery her wing will not grow properly and she won't be able to fly, possibly causing her pain in the long run. She recommended to put her down if I can't afford the surgery or can't find someone who can.

Does anyone here have the ability to take this baby and get her the wing surgery she needs? She's very sweet and I absolutley do not want to put her down, but I dont want her in pain either.

Your own personal vet may say something different but mine said she needs a rod and pin placed to make the bone grow properly
