Turkey with swelling above eye

Yesterday I noticed my hen had a small cut and an eye injury. Today it seems to have swollen shut and she just lays down everywhere. Can I give her anything to help or will this just heal on its own?

She could have fowl pox. I would see how it goes. If it's the pox she will get worse before getting better.

Good news Vet came out last night to check one of my goats and had a quick look. she doesn't' seem worried, has given me some Terramycin to use if it flares up. and Miss Turkey did seem a lot better today!

That's great news. It's nice when vets will see poultry. Still working on that around here.
