my baby turkeys just hatch but the brain and the guts wasn't in the body they was on the outside of the body? What was wrong with them? And then they died when they was all out of the shell.

Will have to wait for the experts but were the eggs rotated properly during incubation? I've heard if not rotated then the developing guts can stick to shells and form outside of bird

sounds like you are having problems incubating eggs.
What is your incubation setup? Temp and humidity settings? Have you calibrated? Do you use auto egg turner or turn by hand? Where are eggs coming from? Shipped or local or your own?
