Turkeys attacked by Raccon.. Question?

My children are suppose to take turkeys to the fair in August. We just had 3 attacked by raccoons(obvious footprints around there pen). Turkeys have various injuries but all look like they are going to make it, BUT not to the fair now. If we keep them, Can we eat them this fall, or is there some reason we can't. Any help is appreciated, Thanks
