Turkeys Dilima

The two tries I had hatching turkeys has resulted in low hatch rate; one of three, and the chick chirping loudly after about week followed by death. Though this is a chicken site, does anyone have any ideas?

There are plenty of turkeys on here too! (Sorry, couldn't helpt it.)
