Turkeys have sores

Both of my turkeys have sores on their necks but one seems worse than the other. The sores seem to appear black but some also look yellowish green like there is fluid under them. They are acting okay though. Do y’all have any idea what this is??? I could take pictures

Sorry for late reply, one of my turkeys is already better but Chico just keeps getting worse

Fowl pox

There is no cure but once they heal they won't get it again.

Some treat with an antibiotic in case of secondary infections.

what causes fowl pox? Is it in the ground because I think my chickens may have fowl pox also

My understanding is that it is spread by mosquitoes.
