Hi my name is Shannon and I am new here. I have 2 turkeys and one is doing great but the other is now limping. They are between 6-8 weeks old. I have them in a coop with a little ramp. I don't see any redness or swelling. I am not sure of what I need to do next. Please any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello Shannon and Welcome to BYC! Follow up with others but for muscle problems such as you describe B complex vitamins is a first step. Others are more experience with turkeys as all I raise are chickens.

hi and welcome to BYC! It’s been a long time since I had turkeys… like 35 years ago.. Hopefully it’s just a temporary limp , but check their feet and legs carefully . Maybe turkeys shouldn’t get have a ramp? Post about this in the turkeys forum perhaps and someone with much more up-to-date turkey experience should be able to help you figure it out
