turn down tail tips, ROO?

I purchased to 10 week old Olive eggers 2 weeks ago. Maran Roo over Black Americauna . Out of blue eggs.
when i got them gender unknown i would have bet money both were pullets but now the tail tips are turning down and the pea comb is already starting to pink up. Do i have any chance at a pullet? I know pic is awful tried to get with a cell phone through wire.

From what i can see based off of color he one on the left is a pullet and right a cockerel but better pics would be great
