Turned foot

New to the site. I have a 4 week old chick with a turned leg. Two weeks ago, she had straddle foot, so we take it and she was doing good for a while. Then she tried to scale the brodder and I think she injured it. Now her foot is pretty much backwards. How can I help this chick.

You can post in detail with pictures of her foot, at "emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread. Time to put a wire cover over the brooder, so more don't fly out.
