I want to know when I start turning the eggs first time I startup incubator at night so when I turn the eggs late night or in morning ?

Start turning the eggs on day zero. Turn the eggs a minimum of 3 times daily. The more times you turn the eggs on a daily basis the better it is for the eggs. The reason for using an odd number of turns when hand turning eggs is so that they do not always spend the long hours of no turning during the night on the same side every night. Turning the eggs does the most good for them during the earliest stages of incubation.

There is no need to turn the eggs during lockdown.

It depends on how many times you plan on turning them daily. Most people who hand turn their eggs do not turn them during the night. If you plan on turning them every so many hours, you should turn them the first time when that number of hours have passed.
