Turning setting on a Brinsea

I just put my six Appenzeller Spitzhauben eggs in my Brinsea mini advance. I see I can set the turning time anywhere from 0 to 180 minutes, but what is ideal? I set it to 90 minutes cause I wasnt sure.

I use 45 minutes and it appears to have no adverse effects on ANY of my hatches.

I do change the angle to 15, though.
