Turning them.

Okay, before I buy more eggs (if I do)... When setting the eggs I know they should be pointy end down, but when hand turning them do you turn them until that end is down.. Or does the pointy end go up?. What I'm trying to say is, does the pointy end always stay down?? or only on every other turn?

An egg turner would tip them to the side, then tip them to the opposide side. Not end for end.

So if standing them up, don't flip them over, just tip them from side to side.
