Twisted beak?

i have a month old silkie chick that has a crooked beak, not the normal scissor beak but the top and bottom beak are slightly bent inthe same direction, I have never seen this, she can eat and drink fine also

Do you have any pictures? Sounds like it's a birth defect, but as long as she can eat and drink, it shouldn't greatly affect her life quality, unless she's a showbird.

I don't have any pics at the moment, she is not a snowbird either, I will get pics later

I, too, would be interested in seeing pictures. I have a young Silkie who started showing signs of scissor beak at two weeks. It has, since then, become quite severe... and she is only four weeks old. I'm hoping that it stops growing out so badly. =(
