My adult RIR just in the last week to ten days started twisting her neck around when I pick her up. She twists her neck so her head is all the way upside down but only when I hold her.
She walks straight but is now roosting and laying eggs on the floor of the coop. She seems bright and is eating. I free range my flock, so they eat lots of bugs and things plus I have layer crumbles down all the time and some scratch occasionally. They also get table scraps, watermelon, etc. The rest of my flock is fine. Any ideas?
