Two Bantams, what are they?

Got this one at Atwoods, feather legged and possibly muffs. I think it may be a pullet, but what breed is it? 7 weeks old



This one was bought the same day, it took a long time to get some feathers, I think it's a roo, but I don't have a clue what breed it might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Top one is a Gold Neck d'Uccle pullet. Bottom looks like a Cochin rooster. Self Blue maybe?

First bird is a Golden Neck D'Uccle pullet. The second one is a Cochin cockerel, but I'm not sure of the variety. Probably Self blue, though.

By the way, what does "self" blue mean?

self blue means the bird is one, flat, solid color throughout, and breeds true. Regular blue birds will have lacing and darker head/neck feathers, and do not breed true. A self-blue X self-blue will give self-blue offspring. Blue x Blue will give you splash birds.
