Two chickens three eggs, whats going on?

So I went out this morning to gather eggs from my two very faithful girls and was surprised to find three eggs in the box is one of my girls a SUPER Chicken?

Was it possible one egg was hidden in the box and you didn't see it? It usually takes awhile to make a egg, maybe she is a super chicken!
