Two new chickens pecking at the feeding box side

HI,

I have recently brought two new chickens, approx 18 weeks old.

They spend most of the day pecking at the side of the feeding bin, i have put pellets all around them but they seem to just carry on.

Whats your thoughts as i have never seen this in five years of having chickens

I cannot watch your video without downloading it, which I will not. Perhaps remove the bin so they stop focusing on it?

My first thought was that you might have grain mites crawling on outside of bin...
...look for 'dust', that is moving.
Second thought is...chickens can be weirdly neurotic.
