Frizzles - is just a frizzle

Sizzle - Is a silkie and a frizzle cochin.

So a frizzle is a cochin and a sizzle is a silkie? I always thought Frizzle is a genetic occurrence where the feathers curl backward and it can happen to any breed.

BTW I have also heard of Frazzle... what breed is that?
