Two of my chicks not okay

Hey folks
I have two White Crested Black Polish with problems.
One is seemingly sick/very lethargic, smaller than others and have not seen it eating or drinking. Almost acts blind??
The other appears to have either a broken lower beak or is disformed. Lover beak is sitting 1/2" misaligned from upper beak.

It is indeed CROSSBEAK. Thanks Will watch her.
This one Polish will just stand there and do nothing. Not acting like any of the other chicks.
Acts disoriented, not following the flock at all. Like it is stunned

Polish have a soft spot on their head. If she was hit in the head at all she may very well have brain damage. Can you post a video?
