She must have sprained that joint when she jumped down, I'd suspect - particularly now that she's a bigger gal than she was. I think keeping her up like you're doing is the best thing. i wouldn't even sling her; they get upset and if they can still move at all, they can hurt themselves worse. I'd just keep her in a small area where she can stand up, walk a little bit but not a whole lot - like not a 12x12 foot area maybe - a smaller area. Just pretty much to keep her from walking on it a lot - standing on it should be fine. Using some witchhazel on the joint should feel good to her.
