Two Roosters?!

Did 2 of my 11 sexed "female" chicks end up being roos? I posted pics of my GLW and got a yes for rooster, now I'm suspecting one of my SLW is also a roo...The one my son named Chick Woman of course

This is our first batch of chicks so help is appreciated. We were a little excited to have one rooster but I don't think we can keep two. They are 7 weeks old.

LOL, of course it would have to be Chick Woman who would turn out to be a roo! Not whant I wanted to hear but thanks. Now, what to do with 2 roosters

Yep,that's a young roo.

Ampersatchick--- those roos will fight if not kept by an 8:1 ratio (8 hens 1 rooster) or more.

Not necessarily...if they are raised up together they may be okay. Time will tell.

I've seen roos that were best friends as chicks turn on each other when older. Quite a few, actually.

Thanks for the info, we'll keep our eyes on the boys but we'll probably choose to either re-home one or butcher it when it gets big enough...if we have the fortitude
