We have 2 hens, one white Orpington and one blue Orpington.

The white one (My hen, Cheeky) has sagging skin on her breast and it is all red, she seems to only get this in the summer and it does not effect her. She eats normally and drinks normally. She also scratches around and has dust baths when they are let of their coop. She has just turned 2 and has had this twice.
Notes:
Breed:Orpington
Age: 2 years
Weight: 2.7kg (Average of an Orpington is 3kg

The blue one (My brothers hen, Blue) seems to be blind or becoming blind. When we offer her food from our hands she misses but some times gets it. She has trouble getting around because she bangs in to walls, doors and the other hens, she also trips over sticks and anything in her way. She seems to be drinking fine but we are not sure about her eating so we handfeed her. She is being picked on one of our hens who happens to be broody at the moment and just today blue was having a dust bath and the broody hen jumped on top f her and began to attempt to rip the feathers out of blues head. Blue did not try to do anything about it and she just lay there completely still till I ran outside and stopped the broody hen. Cheeky, who is her sister sat beside her till she recovered.
Notes:
Breed: Orpington
Age: 2 years
Weight: 1.9kg (We are trying to feed her up but we do not know why her weight is so low.)

Extra: They are fed corn, wheat, laying pellets and grit. They are let out of their coop for a whole day about once a week, their coop is very spacious and they have fresh water, food and shelter. They love greens and any snail shells or cicada shells. We also give them our scraps bin every 2-3 days and we muck the coop regularly.

If anyone can answer that would be really really really really really good. :)

I think you posted in the wrong forum.... to get the best help I would post this in Emergencies, injuries and cures. Just trying to get you the best help!

For the White Orpington she probably has mites. They are super hard to see and love the chest area, it causes irritated skin and redness. They almost look like a piece of pepper, you should check her for mites. Keep me posted.

For the blue, if if she has a large topknot, that may be the reason she has trouble seeing. The ultimate test to find out if your chicken is blind is put out food. A chicken that is not blind, should run straight over to the food, a chicken that is, won’t notice.

Can you post some pictures of both birds? Clear close ups of the area's in question on each bird and full body pictures of each would help in getting suggestions. If the one bird is indeed blind or going blind then the weight loss may be due to not getting enough feed. Birds will pick on or bully another bird showing signs of weakness or illness, and it can be brutal.
Some pictures and description of your housing/run and feeding set up would be helpful also, to see if adjustment would help there. In the short term I would separate the bird being picked on, inside your current set up if possible so she is still 'with' the flock, in a crate, with her own food and water. If you raise the food up to chest height it may help her find it easier, and put it in the same place all the time. This will also give you a better opportunity to observe her and monitor her weight, while protecting her from attacks. Hopefully we can get you some ideas.
