Two soft shell eggs from two different hens in one day

Hi all, I have a flock of 2 year old hens that have never laid a soft shel egg until today. One EE and one RSL both did. Should I be concerned? Both were soft and felt like water balloons. Only change lately was we started a different egg layer feed two days ago...pics below. Thank you!

I think its lack of protein. Normally chickens lay eggs that are soft-shelled because of lack of protein.
