As the title says, I have only one girl that wasn’t laying - my other buff Orpington pullet. They are all about 24 weeks this week and the others started around 16-18.
Thing is, these were under a different girl entirely who regularly lays, and laid just this morning…
Is it more likely that my laying girl dropped 2 soft shelled eggs overnight after already laying, or somehow those eggs got away from the other girl
Who hadn’t started laying yet? Two is the kicker.
They are on nutrena layer feed and have access to oyster shell if they need it so I’m not sure where the calcium problem would come in either way…
