Two thumbs up for Meyer hatchery!

They shipped out yesterday right on schedule & I just picked them up & got them settled.

Packaged very nice & safe; all six of them look to be healthy, hearty chicks.

I've always had good luck with them, too. Now, I had a bad delivery once where like half were dead. But, I realize that's not their fault but the postal services'; and they replaced the lost ones only the following week. Good services all around, except I can hardly understand southern accents over a crackly long distance line.

Good to know since I have 49 chicks due from them in 3 weeks. I had wondered if they were okay and got a little feed back that was positive from other chicken lists. I have never ordered chicks before and had to cancel my McMurray order back in March.

What do you mean, southern accent? LOL When I called a distinctly heard a northern tone!

They are from ohio, maybe just one of the workers were from the south.
