Two toes grown together on new chick what to do?

Need some advice on my Black Copper Maran. It just hatched yesterday and two toes are grown together
Is there anything I can do?

It is possible to sever the web between the two toes. When doing so, I would recommend a dull pair of scissors to minimize the bleeding. This can be a hereditary defect so I would not add this bird to the breeding flock when it matures.
