Tylamox dosage?

I just got Tylamox powder of 20mg tylan and 10 mg amoxicillin from foys to treat my sick hen who is showing signs of respiratory infection. Does anyone know what the proper dosage should be?

I looked up the dose for you. it was REALLY hard to find but I found a place that sold it and gave the dosing information finally. the dose is 1 teaspoon per gallon of water for 5 days. I really hope this helped. I also needed the dose for myself as I just ordered some for my birds. best wishes.
