Tylan 200 for chicks

I have chicks that are randomly dropping dead I got tylan 200 I just need a dosage chart I want to try to save the rest left there are no signs of any chicken diseases out there I really need a dosage chart for young chicks up to hens week old chicks)

I have Tylan 50 and I am in the same boat wondering what the heck to dose.
