Typical roosters, or do they need to go?

maybe you should take one rooster out and see what the other does
he might just mate and walk away
I had two roosters that were hatched together and they didnt really fight but when one would get on a hen to mate the other would knock him off and get on and they would keep doing that for a while it skinned up all the hens backs
you should probably get rid of one of the roosters because u only need one for 10 hens and if you have to many roosters they will mate too much with hens
I had a better hatch rate with 1/20 (rooster to hen) than 2/20 because when the dominant rooster sees the other rooster mating he will knock him off and if the less dominate sees the dominant rooster mating he will sometimes gather the courage to knock him off.

By the way, if the stags behaviour bothers you at all then make sure YOU NEVER OBTAIN MUSCOVIES.

Because you haven't seen 'violence' until you've seen a Muscovy drake breed the girls and the young males.

My opinion is get rid of one of the roos. One is enough for that many hens.
As for them going after the one, is she the only one laying? I have noticed that the boys only jump the girls who are in lay and those who aren't they are leaving alone or the girls just run off.
They will be rough when still maturing and as they get older tend to settle down a bit, but some of this may be the competition. I had way too many cockerels last spring and when they started getting too rough with the girls, I get rid of a bunch and the whole yard became calmer. Now there are plenty of girls to go around with the boys I have and I don't see any that are overly aggressive.
The other possibility is split your flock, give half to one of the boys and half to the other and see how things go. But the one hen, she may be easy picking and that may be part of the reason they go after her so much too. Maybe separate her out, but then you have to deal with incorporating her into the flock again. If she is not one of the dominant hens, then separating her will do her more harm than good when you put her back in. I would keep her in and keep an eye on things. Treat her comb if it is bleeding or at least clean it up and put Blu Kote on it. If it is bleeding they will peck at it more too.
Good luck.
