*UGENT* My Quail Chick Has Not Stood Up!!!

My newborn quail chick has not stood up for six hours, it has been laying on its side. Its legs are red and toes are curled. They hatched on a shelf liner. I don’t know what is wrong. Some of the eggs haven’t hatched so I don’t want to open the incubator for too long. I need help soon on how I can help the poor chick! Thanks!

Is he peeping? How long ago did he hatch?
