So I have lots of items posted on craigslist. We are selling our belongings in order to buy an RV so we can travel the country. I understand there will be lots of people who will ask about our products listed. However......
Yesterday I went back and fourth over a period of 6-7 hours with this person who...
1) cannot follow the instructions in the post (we told them to put the item in the subject line...just the item, they put the link to the page etc.)
2) try'd to talk me down on the price (it is a wireless router with all the bells and whistles it goes for over $90 on amazon and I'm selling for $50)
3) wasted my time, they wanted to meet somewhere because they lived 15 miles from us. I posted my zip code in the ad. They could of googled it.
4) then when I wouldn't budge on the price they tried to get me to rip the thing apart so they could buy just what they needed..... My responce it is part of the router it all stays together.
5) Finally they agree to buy then......the first email of the day says I found one cheaper on Ebay.
Why the freak didn't you go to ebay to begin with?
I know what the problem is with this type of craigslist person.... Payday is coming up and they are trying to secure their items before payday only to find out they don't have the money. Our postings are about to expire they've been up for about three weeks. Every wednesday this happens we get two or three interested parties who screw around then tell us oh I don't have the money oh I found it somewhere else....etc.
UGH!!!!!!!!!!
