Uh Oh! Fern is a cockerel huh?

Well my 9 week old frizzle just got pretty red in the face. She's not a she is he?

Don't know the breed well, but very cute! A lot of my girls started to get pretty red in the face around 8 weeks old, had me worried, but 2 months on they're still looking like girls!

I really hope so! This is the same chick from my profile pic and my favorite. I would hate to have to rehome him.

That's how I felt about one if my silkies that I suspected was a roo, well he sure is but I still have him! For now!

Still looks like a pullet to me, its hard to tell in frizzles because the obvious male feathering (hackles etc) doesnt stand out so much.
