I was afraid of this. Not enough ventilation??

It's 91 outside and 100 in the coop. thankfully our 5 week olds come in at night still since it HAS been cool at night. I suppose they would be toasty tonight but what about summer when it reaches over 100 outside????

How am I going to keep them from being baked??

Check out my BYC page - I created a passive vent roof and it works great. In the summer I put a fan in the coop if we keep in the 90's at night. The pics are old - since then I've learned it was REAL stupid to put a clear corrugated roof (wanted the light), but we get so much darn hail here in North Texas, it was wiped out within a few weeks. So, I now have metal corrugated that overhangs quite a bit more and it holds up well.

Good luck! You definitely want good air flow.
