I'm getting a new bator for Christmas, and it will hold 42 eggs. My homemade one could handle maybe 12 if I really worked at it. But now, I can do 42 with no problems. I have 12 eggs coming right after Christmas, and I find myself looking at all kinds of egg auctions thinking, I can put more in there, I could get more eggs. I must stop this bad bad thought process....

REPEAT after me.. More eggs,,, More eggs... mine holds 180 and we have 160 in it now.. so I know this works...

mine holds 50 eggs I layed 30 half of them hatched did not expect any at all to be honest now I have 15 five week old chicks and some of them need to go ESP the roos but where to send them is the question I am sure I will find somewhere!
