uhhh... not fully feathered and feathers falling out

This is Tigerlily. She a 4-week-old Americana. I noticed today that she's losing her feathers and she isn't even fully feathered yet. She's lost 3-4 flight feathers on each wing. Any ideas?

And the feathers she has aren't laying flat. They're kinda poofy.

They go through mini molts at this age. Completely normal. They will go though another one around 8-10 weeks (you won't see them naked), but their adult feathers come in at that age.

Oh... Here I am ready to panic. None of my other chicks that have lost feathers have lost so many at once...lol

She's' fine New moms are bound to worry. I remember doing so as well!

Would this be true for 8 week old Silkies as well? A couple of mine have lost a few of their wing feathers and their wings are looking kind of ragged. First time with Silkies and none of my different breeds did this when they were this age so not sure what to expect. Should I increase their protein or just continue with the starter crumbles? (They also forage some during the day.)
