We've lost all but 3 hens to our neighbors chiwawa (?spell?)

Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with using this:

Control outdoor nuisance barking - even your neighbor's dog. Triggered by the sound of a bark the unit emits an ultrasonic tone to interrupt any dog's barking within the designated area. Effective up to 50 ft. Durable hard plastic weatherproof device.

Wondering if the unpleasant sound would keep dogs out of our yard.

Try one of these. You'll need to move if often and if you're in an area subject to freezing you'll have to protect it from cold. I got one to keep my chickens out of my garden and it worked great til the garden got too tall.

My sister uses the key fab one when jogging, it stops the dogs from barking and running at her.

The dog silencer pro is a good one from what I have heard.

We put up a good fence and the neighbor's frequently-escaping little doggy hasn't been back. A good fence is probably your best bet.
