I know it sound crazy but what else could it be it’s not dry blood it’s to thick and grainy

I really can't tell from the pictures. If you separate the fuzz and look at skin level what does it look like?
Sometimes weird things happen, and the chicken lives a normal life.

I think there was lots of skin and a frizzle pompom is growing maybe not though thanks guys I will keep everyone posted
