UN-DIGESTED FOOD IN BREAST AREA........HELP!

I have a less than two month old chick and she seems to have food stuck in her throat/breast area. Do you know what causes this and what I can do to help her? I noticed it a few days ago because her feathers are all fluffed and sticking out there. I don't know what to do!

Any suggestions/help welcome!
