I bought barred rock pullets as chicks and these are all black I was guessing astralorp or jersey giant I will have better pictures soon.

They appear to have white earlobes. If that is the case then Austrolorps and Jersey Giants are rules our because hey have red earlobes.

Looks just like my Tulip, a black australorp. She’s the one in the middle as a young pullet

and here she is now, almost a year old

If they're completely black with no brown (I thought I saw brown on a neck) then what you look for is the color of the bottom of the feet. An Australorp will have pinkish/whitish feet bottoms. A Jersey Giant will have yellowish bottoms.

If there is some brown on the neck, you could have a black sex link.

I have sexlinks as well some more brown than others. I feel bad I got rid of the roosters from this group if it turns out to be astralorp they are laying already (started in january) and only had since September I have a Jersey but she did not lay for 10months standard for the breed from my research. I will check their feet.

I have some black sexlink pullets that are COMPLETELY black (though the black has some green iridescence to them). I have 3 who came from a Black Cochin roo over Dominique/Buff Orp hens. None of them have a single non-black feather. Their sister had the same dad, but a Dom/RIR mother. She has some red on her chest. Their brothers are all barred. Some with red or buff tinging.

I bred them, so I know where they come from.

Are you saying both breeds are out of the question due to white earlobes?
Also the underside of their feet are grayish?

If they have white ears, then yes, both australorps and BJGs are out.
