Me again, first timer(obviously) I put 11 eggs in and had 9 that looked to be doing great when candled at lockdown, two that looked a little small but still active. First egg pipped morning of day 20, 4 more pipped through our day 20. First hatch evening of day 20 (yesterday) 3 hatched overnight/this morning and 1 zipped most of the way and died. When I found it the other had rolled it over it was face down in some wet goo from a previous hatch I'm guessing it drowned/suffocated. The 4 hatched chicks were SO active and just constantly ping-ponging the un pipped eggs all day until I finally said enough and took them out. Now the remaining 5 still have not pipped and I haven't seen any rocking or hear anything. This is the night of day 21. Are the gonners?? It's been over 12 hours since the last hatch

No they are not gonners … yet! Hatch can take 72 hours and longer. I had some hatch at day 19 and others day 22. Just this morning ,I had an egg without pip at 11;20am and I had completely hatched chick at 12;10pm . . The baby did it under an hour. So it’s very likely that they will hatch.

I just quickly candled them....is doesn't look good. They're very loose and "floaty" in there. Somehow they look smaller?? Except for 1 that is a very dark brown egg that I haven't really been able to tell much when candling since the beginning. I think they're done 😔
