Unable to stand up

Hi I've just hatched my first ducklings and one of them is unable to stand up. It moves about now and then and always ends up lying face down or on its side. It seems very weak compared to the rest of them, does anyone know if there is anything I can do

How long has it been since hatch. How old is it?

It takes time for them to get their strength after hatch, some longer than others.

It only hatched this morning but the other 5 are all fine and climbing over each other

I'd start by offering a supplement like Nutri-Drench, then examine its legs closely. Does it have normal leg function?

He seems fine now. I was expecting to wake up today and find him dead but I'm over the moon to say hes alive and sitting properly now. Thank you to the both who responded

That's great news! The hatching process is quite an ordeal, so like @Mvan42 said, it can take a hatchling - especially a freshly-hatched one - a while to gather their strength (and get coordinated) afterward.
