I was soooo worried about incorporating my 6 wk. old Silkies with my 3 older girls...
Yesterday,I loosened the wire door on the 'advanced brooder' and let the Silkies have run of the coop while the older girls were out in the run and could see them thru the wire. This morning I just left the wire like it was, loose but I thought tight enough to hold them, and let the big girls outside.
WELL..I went back mid morning for a snack run, and lo and behold... ALL the Silkies were out in the coop having a good time, and the old girls were hangin' with 'em No Problems.
I can't believe it. I'm still gonna be careful with them all until I KNOW no mean girls!
OR... Do you all think I just not worry about it since they had several hours to kill them already? lol
