Well as I posted recently about a weasel visiting my coop and killing 2 of our very much loved chickens we have another visitor. It is another weasel and its under our back porch where our chickens are now living. It must of been a stellar year for them.

I just cant believe it and I'm hoping we can kill it before it kills our remaining 1 chicken and our new one.

Don't take it for granted that there isn't any more around as it proven they are all around.

Sorry about your beloved chickens.....................bad weasel!

Can you hunt it down? Or capture it?

Cover your coop with hardware cloth to help prevent the weasel from entering.

I just can't get over it. It is making tunnels under the snow and has not appeared on top at all. There is not a single track in the snow from it. We have found its tunnels. I'm trying to bait it, but so far have been unsuccessful. Thanks for the info brooster.

I have no idea if the last one was male or female...the lab never said either. I'm going to guess it was male as I didnt notice its female parts which I think I would have if it has had babies in the past. Never thought to look..lol

I had one on my porch the other day after some of mine. My poor little chick was scared to death. I had never actually seen one before. It almost got her but fortunatly I heard it before anything bad happened. It took her a few days to come back to herself.
